Join qualified yoga instructor Penny for relaxing, restorative yoga sessions at Globe Arts. These calming sessions are designed to help you relax, reset and restore, and are suitable for any and all abilities. Mats are provided so just bring yourself and dress comfortably.
The venue is located through the big silver gate at the bottom left of the overflow carpark – follow the path to the double french doors in front of the river.
