Huddersfield and District Archaeological Society lead a circular walk around Castle Hill on Sunday 20 September, 10.30am–12pm. The route covers the hillfort, the 12th-century motte-and-bailey, Victoria Tower and the deserted medieval village. Capped at 20 people — book with John Cross on hdas.cross@aol.com.
