Pearson Financial Wellbeing are shortlisted in two categories at the Yorkshire Financial Awards

Eden Pearson has been shortlisted for Director of the Year, a category recognising leadership vision within their role. The award criteria include positive impact on their organisation or department, dedication to clients, contribution to the wider sector, and staff development and welfare.

Nico Georgiou-Nicola has been nominated for Support Staff of the Year, a new category introduced in 2025 to recognise members of support staff who have consistently demonstrated exceptional performance and reliability in their roles.

The award criteria encompass commitment to professional development, contribution to improving customer/client satisfaction or experience, fostering a collaborative work environment, and exemplifying the values and culture of the organisation.

The Yorkshire Financial Awards celebrate the achievements of individuals and organisations in Yorkshire’s financial services sector. The awards culminate in a black-tie ceremony and dinner, held at New Dock Hall in Leeds on 26 June 2025.
