Kirklees Council’s Urban Traffic Control team looks after 257 traffic signal sites and the technology that keeps around 1,934km of roads moving. It needs an organised, dependable Technical Officer.
You’ll coordinate the maintenance contractor, street works permits, signal switch-offs, damage cost recovery and enquiries. You don’t need traffic signals experience. Permanent, 37 hours.
Salary: £26,016–£26,427 per annum (Grade 4).
