A leading high street fashion and homeware retailer is seeking enthusiastic Sales Team Members to join its fast-paced store teams across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who thrive in dynamic retail environments and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Sales Team Member, the successful candidate will work across all areas of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and delivery processing. The role is key to ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience, supported by excellent service and well-organised stock operations.
Key responsibilities:
• Deliver fast, friendly service, assisting customers in finding the right products
• Share product knowledge and enthusiasm with customers
• Operate flexibly across the store, including during deliveries and busy trading periods
• Take ownership of personal development, with full support from the company
• Embrace and support all store policies and procedures
The ideal candidate:
• Has strong communication skills and a positive, helpful approach
• Stays calm and efficient during busy periods
• Is flexible, reliable, and willing to go the extra mile for customers and the team
• Is excited by the fast pace of retail and the challenge of a varied role
Please note that in line with Home Office guidance, successful applicants will be required to prove their right to work in the UK before employment begins. This role is not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
As part of the application process, candidates will be asked to complete an online assessment which includes a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment. Only applicants who successfully complete this step and meet the job criteria will be contacted for an interview. Candidates who have taken and failed the online assessment in the past six months will not be eligible to reapply at this time.
