Kirklees Council’s Specialist Adult Pathway Team helps young people and their families prepare for adulthood, and is recruiting a Level 2 or 3 Social Worker or Senior Practitioner.
You’ll build relationships with young people, complete strengths-based assessments and plan a smooth move into adult services with health, education and housing partners. Permanent, 37 hours.
Salary: £38,220–£47,181 per annum (Grade 10–12).
