As part of their dynamic marketing team, Mamas & Papas is currently seeking a Social Media and PR Executive to join on a six-month fixed-term contract. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment within a respected brand.

The Role:
Reporting to the Content and Influencer Marketing Manager, the Social Media and PR Executive will be responsible for managing and developing the company’s organic social media activity. Working in line with the marketing and trade calendar, this person will plan, create, and schedule engaging content for various social platforms, ensuring the brand’s tone and positioning are maintained.

In addition, the successful candidate will work closely with an external PR agency to help drive brand visibility in both the consumer and corporate space. This includes crafting compelling content, securing press coverage, and enhancing Mamas & Papas’ presence online.

Key responsibilities include:
• Creating and scheduling organic content across social platforms, including reels and static posts
• Supporting brand campaigns with engaging, on-brand storytelling
• Collaborating with PR agency partners to maximise press opportunities
• Maintaining a consistent and authentic brand voice across all content
• Monitoring performance and engagement to refine strategy

The ideal candidate will have:
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and scheduling
• A creative flair for writing and visual storytelling
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across departments
• A genuine interest in consumer trends and brand building
