Morrisons is seeking a dedicated and experienced Replenishment Manager to join its Huddersfield store team. This is a permanent position working five days over seven, offering a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
This role is crucial in ensuring the store delivers a fantastic customer experience by maintaining high availability and excellent presentation of products across all departments. Reporting to the Store Manager, the Replenishment Manager will take responsibility for leading a high-performing team, ensuring legal compliance, operational efficiency, and consistently high standards.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading and motivating a team to deliver excellent customer service and store standards
• Ensuring full stock availability and exceptional merchandising across all departments
• Planning and coordinating in-store promotions and events
• Managing team rotas, performance reviews, absence, and training
• Developing talent within the team and supporting career progression
• Building positive relationships with other store departments and key stakeholders
• Listening to customer feedback and driving service improvements
• Taking a proactive leadership role in the wider store team
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience managing a team in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or service environment
• Strong communication skills and the ability to share best practice effectively
• A flexible, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to change
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for service delivery
• Confidence in coaching, developing, and motivating others
