Member Experience Adviser — Simplybiz, Huddersfield Full Time | Permanent | Hybrid (3 days in office)
Simplybiz is part of Fintel Services, one of the UK’s leading providers of compliance, business and technology support for financial advisers. Based at Fintel House in Huddersfield, they support over 3,000 advisory firms across the country.
They’re looking for someone who genuinely loves great customer service and has a background in telephone-based sales or customer engagement.
The Role
You’ll be part of the Member Experience team, acting as an account manager for Simplybiz firms — building relationships, retaining members, resolving queries and helping clients get real value from the business. You’ll handle both reactive and proactive contact, contribute to team targets and share member feedback to help improve the service.
Day to day you’ll be responding to member queries, supporting retention, tracking performance against KPIs, joining team meetings and occasionally hosting calls with internal teams and clients.
What They’re Looking For
- GCSEs in English and Maths at grade C/5 or above
- Experience in customer engagement, relationship management or telephone sales
- Comfortable working to targets in a sales-driven environment
- Strong IT and communication skills
Knowledge of the financial services sector is a bonus but not essential.
