A Health Care Assistant is required to join the dedicated team at The Grange Medical Practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting clinical professionals within a busy general practice setting.
Working under the supervision of the practice’s Matron, the post holder will assist with a range of clinical duties and support the wider team in delivering care to the local patient population. The role involves following established protocols and procedures, contributing to high standards of patient care and practice operations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Supporting the clinical team in delivering day-to-day patient care
• Undertaking delegated tasks and duties under clinical supervision
• Assisting with practice responsibilities linked to CQC and QOF compliance
• Contributing to infection control measures and maintaining the cold chain
• Working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs
The successful candidate will be a reliable and team-oriented individual, able to follow procedures accurately and support both clinical and administrative functions.
