Kirklees College is looking for a Head of Capital Projects to lead its estate investment programme from the Waterfront Quarter in Huddersfield.
You’ll plan, govern and deliver capital projects safely and on budget – procurement, contractors and consultants, compliance (including CDM) and making sure investment supports learners and the curriculum. A construction, surveying, project management or engineering background (degree/HNC/HND or equivalent) is expected. 37 hours a week, all year round.
Salary: £56,797 per annum.
