A well-established retail company is currently seeking a Store Management Team Member to join its dynamic and high-performing team. This is an exciting and varied role, offering hands-on experience in all aspects of store operations.
The successful candidate will support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and improving operational efficiency. In their absence, this person will take full responsibility for managing the store, gaining invaluable leadership experience.
Responsibilities will include ordering stock, training and supporting team members, ensuring high standards of product presentation, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.
This role comes with additional responsibility and recognition. A premium of £4.00 per hour will be paid during any periods where the successful candidate is running the store.
