A well-established, family-run baby and nursery brand, Mamas & Papas has been a trusted name in the industry for over 40 years. Known for its award-winning products and excellent service, the company continues to grow, and now has opportunities available for Customer Care Advisors to join its friendly and supportive contact centre team, based at the Head Office on the outskirts of Huddersfield.

Customer Care Advisors are the reassuring voice at the end of the phone or behind the email, helping customers with queries about their purchases from stores, online, or via retail partners. This is a customer-focused role where empathy, efficiency, and excellent communication are key.

Role details:
• Permanent and temporary part-time positions available (22.5 hours across three full days)
• Full training provided in call and email handling, systems, and product knowledge
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:15–17:30, with 1 in 3 Saturdays (09:00–17:00) worked, and a weekday off in lieu

Key responsibilities:
• Handling customer calls and emails professionally and efficiently
• Resolving product queries and issues with a positive, solutions-focused attitude
• Working closely with team members to provide outstanding service
• Representing the brand and creating positive customer experiences

Ideal candidates will have:
• Experience in customer service or call centre environments
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A genuine desire to help customers and create memorable service moments
