The Autumn Foraging Course offers participants an opportunity to gain insight into the local seasonal wild foods available in Yorkshire.
You will have the opportunity to gather wild herbs, flowers, and edible fungi while also learning to identify various wild ingredients encountered in daily life. You will receive tips on how to use these foraged ingredients to create delicious treats, garnishes, preserves, and beverages.
The one-day foraging course includes pre-prepared drinks and snacks made from foraged ingredients, with a request for attendees to communicate any special dietary requirements in advance.
