Our journey began in Bingley, Bradford in 1979, when our family came together with a shared passion for making curries with love and dedication. Today, we’re proud to carry on that tradition, with our second branch, Shama Balti Huddersfield, serving as a testament to our commitment to the ancient art of curries.
At Shama, we understand that consistency is key. That’s why we train our own in-house chefs to ensure that every dish, whether it’s the Balti Lamb Bukhari, the traditional Balti Chicken Tikka Masala, or any of our other signature dishes, is cooked to the same high standard every time.
